Below is terms and condition for your consideration:

  • Chemical-Free Polishing will not make your Travertine, Marble, Limestone, and Onyx floors, showers, and counters "look perfect" or "brand new" after we have provide the polishing services.
  • Chemical-Free Polishing of your Travertine, Marble, Limestone, and Onyx floors, showers, and counters will not strip an existing coating that has been applied to it. If you need stripping services, please let us know and we will provide you will an estimate.
  • Chemical-Free Polishing will not restore the pitted area, restore erosions, and fix spalling on the Travertine, Marble, Limestone, and Onyx floors, showers, and counters.

CHEMICAL-FREE POLISHING LIMITATIONS:

Stone Care of Arizona, Arizona’s stone care experts do not provide a “wet look” and “high polished” shine on Travertine, Marble, Limestone, and Onyx floors. When you choose the Chemical-Free polishing method, you will be provided with a demonstration of the shine that your Travertine, Marble, Limestone, and Onyx floors, showers and counters can achieve.

GROUT CLEANING LIMITATIONS:

Stone Care of Arizona, Arizona’s stone care experts will detail the grouted areas. If the grout has not been professionally sealed, the grout may be “permanently stained.” For example, if the grout on the Travertine, Marble, Limestone and Onyx floors, showers and tiled counters has not been professionally cleaned and sealed, we will do our best, but cannot guarantee a perfect-looking grout. We do offer grout color restoration services. If you desire grout color restoration, or grout staining services, we will provide an estimate for you.

GROUT STAIN OR COLOR SEAL LIMITATIONS:

It is “common” for grout to have a colorant applied to the grout. When a colorant has been applied, it will begin to oxidize and flake off the grout of the floor’s grout channels. The flaking will leave the grout with an "inconsistent” appearance on the grout. Polishing will not restore missing colorants. If you need to recoloring services, please request a no-obligation estimate.
