CHEMICAL-FREE CERAMIC & PORCELAIN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Stone Care of Arizona offers Chemical-Free Ceramic and Porcelain tile cleaning and disinfection services to homeowners who desire green tile cleaning.

Below is our Terms and Conditions for your consideration:

• Cleaning Ceramic and Porcelain floors, showers and counters “will not” "look perfect" or "brand new" after they have been cleaned.
• Cleaning Ceramic and Porcelain floors, showers and counters will not "restore" the baked appearance that has become damaged due to abrasion not limited to scratches, swirls, color, and wear that looks like staining.
• Cleaning your Ceramic and Porcelain floors, showers and counters “will not” strip an existing coating that has been applied to them. Stripping a coating is considered a different service. If you desire Ceramic and Porcelain stripping or color restoration services, please request a free estimate.

CERAMIC & PORCELAIN GROUT CLEANING LIMITATIONS:

Stone Care of Arizona, Arizona's stone care experts will detail the Ceramic and Porcelain floor, shower and counter's grouted areas. If the grout has not been professionally sealed, the grout may be “permanently stained.” For example, if the grout on the Ceramic and Porcelain floors, showers and counters has not been professionally cleaned and sealed, we will do our best, but cannot guarantee a perfect-looking grout. We do offer grout color restoration services. If you desire grout color restoration, or grout staining services, we will provide an estimate for you.

CERAMIC & PORCELAIN GROUT STAIN OR COLOR SEAL LIMITATIONS:

It is “common” for grout to have a colorant applied to the grout. When a colorant has been applied, it will begin to oxidize and flake off the grout of the floor’s grout channels. The flaking will leave the grout with an "inconsistent” appearance on the grout. Deep cleaning will accelerate the removal of flaking colorants. The client understands that cleaning cannot restore missing colorants. If you need to recoloring services, please request a no-obligation estimate.
